- A. urinae Aguirre & Collins, 1992 (Latin genitive case noun urinae, of urine)[7]
- A. urinaeequi (Garvie, 1988) Felis et al., 2005 (Latin urina -ae, urine; Latin noun equus -i, horse; New Latin genitive case noun urinaeequi, from the urine of a horse, source of isolation of the type strain)[8]
- A. urinaehominis Lawson et al., 2001 (Latin urina -ae, urine; Latin noun homo -inis, a human being; New Latin genitive case noun urinaehominis, from the urine of a human being, source of isolation of the type strain)[9]
