病態
- 血球を貪食した活性化マクロファージが骨髄、肝臓、脾臓、リンパ節で増殖。
症状
- 発熱、全身倦怠感、汎血球減少(少なくとも2系統)、DIC、肝脾腫、肝不全

- 骨髄塗沫：血球貪食像
