定義
- 特定の物質によって惹起されるIgE抗体を介したI型アレルギー反応(即時型アレルギー反応)
- 抗原によって感作された状態で、同一抗原が投与されたときに見られる
- 抗生物質、造影剤、異種抗血清、ホルモン、非ステロイド系抗炎症薬、吸入アレルゲンワクチン、ハチ毒、蛇毒、エビやカニなどの食物、運動などが原因となる。

- 食物、薬物、ハチ毒などが原因で起こる、即時型アレルギー反応のひとつの総称。皮膚、呼吸器、消化器など多臓器に全身性に症状が現れる。

対処
- Grade3（咽頭喉頭の絞扼感）、 Grade4以上が出現した場合 → アドレナリン自己注射薬 or 1.0mg/ml を 0.01mg/kgだけ使用。小児の場合、極量は0.3mg
