• 間葉系腫瘍 gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumor GIMT　：　広義のGISTと主張する人もいる

• GIST：CD34(+), c-Kit(+)　　　→　　　粘膜下腫瘍の中で最多である。
• 筋原性腫瘍：平滑筋腫、平滑筋肉腫、類上皮平滑筋肉腫：smooth muscle actin(+), desmin(+)
• 神経原性腫瘍：神経鞘腫、神経線維腫：S-100(+)
