- 肺胞気から肺毛細血管に至るガス移動効率の指標
- 肺毛細血管内を通過する血液の気層との接触時間は0.75sあれば酸素化に影響はない。この接触時間が短くなる、すなわち血流速度が増加した状態では酸素化が不十分となり拡散能の低下として認められる。血流速度は運動時や、あるいは毛細血管が破壊されたり閉塞したりして血管床が減少した病態で上昇する。(SPU.24)

方法
- 4種混合ガスを用い、最大呼出後急速に最大吸気位まで吸気し、10秒息止めをした後、急速に最大呼出をしCOガスの吸収量を測定して肺拡散能を検査する。
