心電図

• 心室内伝導遅延の発生
• J点の上昇によるJ波を伴うST上昇(Osborn波、hypothermic hump)
• 洞性徐脈、房室接合部性調律、PR時間延長、QT時間延長。陰性T波、重症名不整脈もある。
• V3, V4で顕著
• 体温28℃以下で心室細動。

治療

• 復温

• 軽度低体温　：表面加温法(適切な室内温度、衣服の除去、毛布)
• 中等度低体温：表面加温法(電気毛布、温水ブランケット、赤外線ヒーター、ウォームマット)
• 高度低体温　：中心加温法による急速加温　→　以前は末梢血管が拡張、代謝の急激な変動により冷たい血液が心臓に流れ込み心室細動を誘発するリスクがあったため緩徐加温としていたが、それでも死亡率は高かった。このため急速加温する事になっている。
