移植片　が　宿主　に対して　免疫反応を起こす

口腔(口内炎、異味感、無味感、異常刺激、乾燥性口内炎、舌の扁平苔癬様変化・びらん・潰瘍)、眼(痒み、充血、涙分泌低下)、皮膚(乾燥、硬化、びらん、潰瘍、扁平苔癬、白斑など)、肝臓(肝臓胆道系酵素上昇)、気道(閉塞性細気管支炎(BO)、器質化肺炎をともなう閉塞性細気管支炎(BOOP)、間質性肺炎)などに症状が出現する
