- 予防ワクチンはない。再感染を繰り返す。成人では罹患しにくくなる。
- 重症化を抑制するワクチンは存在する
- パリビズマブ:高リスク群(生後数ヶ月以内の低出生体重児、慢性肺疾患、先天性心疾患の乳幼児)で適応のあるヒト化モノクローナル抗体。重篤な下気道疾患の発症抑制。11-3月の間で月1回筋肉注射。
