診断
- 臨床像から疑い、胸部X線、喀痰のグラム染色、尿中抗原を行う。グラム染色と尿中抗原が陽性であれば特異的な治療を開始する。 (IRE.1010)
- (経験的治療の前に?)診断及び感受性検査のために喀痰培養、血液培養検査を行う。
