上昇する原因
- LAB.608
- 心筋に特異性が高い。
- 上昇し始めるのは3-4時間
- 正常化するのは3-7日

- 心筋梗塞発作後4-8時間で上昇開始。24時間で最大(CK-MB/CKの40%程度まで)、3日間上昇を認める。
測定誤差
- 免疫阻害によるCK-MBを測定する方法を用いた場合、抗CK-M抗体でマクロCKを阻害することができず、正誤差を生じる。CKと免疫グロブリンが結合したマクロCK(type1)、ミトコンドリア由来の高分子型のマクロCK(type2)の存在によりCK-MB/CKが大きく見積もられる。
