上行性伝導路を伝導する感覚
各伝導路の概要 (SP.231)
皮膚、特に四肢遠位端無毛部の触圧覚受容器や筋、関節受容器からの太い有髄線維は、脊髄に入り同側の後索を上行する。延髄レベルで、上下肢からの線維はそれぞれ楔状束核、薄束核のニューロンに終わる。これら後索核ニューロンの軸索は交差して内側毛帯となり、その大部分が視床外側部の腹側基底核に、一部は後核群にも終わっている(SP.231)。
深部感覚+繊細な触圧覚、振動覚(B.P-2)
後根から入力を受けた後、直ちに交差して対側の前側索を上行し、視床に達する。
脊髄視床路起始ニューロンには、腹側基底核や後核群など視床外側部に終わるものと、髄板内核など内側部に終わるものがある(SP.231)。
温覚+痛覚+粗大な触圧覚(識別力なし)(B.P-2)
視床下部や大脳辺縁系を介して痛みの情動的側面に関係(SP.231)。
視床、脳幹網様体を介して睡眠覚醒サイクル、意識レベル、注意などに影響を及ぼす(SP.231)。
