　症例は29歳男性.胸部食道に原発した0-I型の腫瘤で腫瘍径は6×3mm,立ち上がりはなだらかで大部分は健常粘膜で被われながら頂部に一部不整形びらんを有し,ヨード不染を示した.深達度はsm3であった.浸潤の主体はsmで,印環細胞様の腫瘍細胞,さらに腺管形成傾向を示す部分も認められ,病理組織学的に食道固有腺由来の低分化型腺癌と診断された.文献的に最も若年例の非常にまれな早期食道腺癌であった.
