病態
- コリンエステラーゼを不可逆的に不活化して阻害し、シナプスにおけるアセチルコリン濃度を上昇させる。
症状
[中枢神経症状]意識混濁、昏睡
[ニコチン受容体を介した作用]全身痙攣、呼吸筋麻痺
治療
- 1. PAMの静脈投与 → ただし、有効な時間が限定される
- 2. 透析療法、血漿交換 → 有機リンは組織への移行性が高く有効性は低い。
