- てんかん重積発作、肝性脳症、尿毒症、CO2ナルコーシス、糖尿病性昏睡、電解質異常(Na,Ca)、内分泌障害、中毒など
- 電解質異常(Na,Ca):Kは心筋収縮に影響があり得るが、意識障害に関わることはない?低カルシウム血症はテタニー、てんかんを起こしうるが、意識障害には関わりにくい?むしろ高カルシウム血症で意識障害をきたす。
