- 十二指腸下降脚以下での閉塞・高度狭窄を示唆
鑑別疾患
- 腸回転異常症 → 2つのbubbleは小さい。絞扼性腸閉塞をきたす。上部消化管造影でcork screw signが見られれば確定。
