疫学
- 小児の疾患
- 女児より男児に多い
- 長管骨骨幹端部に発生しやすい(大腿骨>脛骨>上腕骨)
検査
- 発症時のX線像は正常。早期発見には有用ではない
- 1-2週間後に骨萎縮、骨膜反応出現
- 早期診断にはMRIが有用(T1 low, T2 high)
起炎菌
治療
- 薬物療法:抗菌薬静脈内投与。臨床症状が改善し、CRP、赤沈などの検査上も正常化しても2週間は抗菌薬の静脈内投与を継続する。その後、6-8週間は経口抗菌薬を服用する。
- 外科療法:骨膜下膿瘍の排膿と骨の開窓
