… 進行する動眼神経麻痺で発症した内頚動脈後交通動脈分岐部動脈瘤において,術中確認された動眼神経とdomeの関係に注目し,CFD解析を行った.結果は,動眼神経との接触部分ではWSSは低く,その部分の血流は遅く不整であった.この接触部分では血管内皮細胞の生理学的反応が異常となっていることが推測され,動脈瘤増大に関与していると思われる.症例を重ね検討していくことで新たな脳動脈瘤の増大・破裂メカニズムの解明 …
