- 主訴：皮疹
- 現病歴 2週間前から脛と前腕に有痛性紅色の腫脹(multiple tender red serllings)が多数認められるようになった。古い腫脹(older swelling)は黒ずんでおり(darker)、中心から治癒傾向にあるようであった。調子が悪く全身倦怠感を訴えており、手首と足首の痛みも訴えていた。最近咽頭痛は無かった。2年前からずっと口内アフタが再発していた。陰部に潰瘍はなかったが間欠的な腹痛と下痢に悩まされてきた。
- 職業歴：ウェイトレスとして働いている。
