β-ヒドロキシ酪酸はなぜ上昇するか
- D-3-ヒドロキシ酪酸:末梢循環form。血流を巡る。
- アセト酢酸:実質内での形態。肝臓ではD-3-ヒドロキシ酪酸にする反応が起き、末梢ではD-3-ヒドロキシ酪酸を介してアセチルCoAを作ろうとする。
- 循環不全では嫌気性代謝が亢進してNADHが増加するので、D-3-ヒドロキシ酪酸が貯留してしまう・・・
