概念
- 単純性血管腫とは真皮浅層で毛細血管が拡張したも(圧迫により消退する)のであり、出生時より存在する。
- 境界はやや不鮮明で、表面平滑な淡紅色～紫紅色の紅色斑である。
- サーモンパッチとは単純血管腫が額部や眼瞼部に生じたものをいう。
- 単純性血管腫は自然消退しないし、項部に生じるウンナ母斑も自然消退しないが、サーモンパッチは2歳頃までに自然消退する。
疫学
- 新生児の20%に存在するという報告がある、らしい。
