1. ロングプロトコール法

GnRHアゴニスト、hMG or FSH、hCG
(1)高温相5-7日からGnRHアゴニストを投与して内因性のFSH,LHの分泌を(一度はflare upによって増加するが)抑制する。(2)卵胞期に入ってから、連日hMG、もしくはFSHの投与を行う。(3)hCGの投与により卵胞を成熟させて、36時間後に採卵を行う。(4)胚移植後に黄体ホルモンを投与し肺の着床を促進する。
