概念

健康づくりのためのオタワ憲章は、1986年に世界保健機関によって作成された健康づくりについての憲章である。1986年11月17-21日にカナダの首都オタワにて開かれた、第1回健康づくり国際会議にて採択された。(参考1)
ヘルスプロモーションとは人々が自らの健康をコントロールし、改善できるようにするプロセスと定義されている。
