2単位とは
- 献血で得られた全血400mLと血液保存液(CPD液)56mlを混合し、これを遠心分離などで白血球と血漿に分離して赤血球層を得る。この層に赤血球保存用添加液(MAP液)を92ml混和したもの。およそ280mlとなる。
- 1単位あたり30-60分で落とすことになっているので、2単位あたり60-120分で落とすことにする。心機能が低下した患者では心不全の原因となり得るのでゆっくりとがよい。
