概念
- 肝静脈が下大静脈に流入する部位で閉塞させたときに測定される圧。
- カテーテルを下大静脈から肝静脈に嵌入させて末端圧を測定する。
- 類洞における血流が完全に停止するのに必要な圧にほぼ比例する。(参考3)
- 肝静脈末端圧。
