- 【良性を示唆する所見、特異性の高い順に】
- 1. 骨折線を認める(T2 or 造影T1)
- 2. fluid sign(骨折した椎体内に液体貯留)の存在
- 3. 椎体内ガス像(intervertebral vaccum cleft)の存在
- 4. 軟部組織に腫瘤を伴わない
- 5. 椎弓根には病変が及ばない
- 6. 椎体後縁皮質が保たれている
- 7. 椎体のV字変形
- 良性の圧迫骨折では急性期はT1強調画像で低信号をしめし、(3ヶ月の経過で)次第に高信号に変化するが、悪性骨折では低信号領域のまま。
