28歳の初妊婦。妊娠35週に発熱と下腹部痛とを訴えて来院した。

2日前に多量の水様性帯下を認めたが放置していた。意識は清明。身長158cm、体重58kg。体温38.5℃。呼吸数32/分。脈拍100/分、整。血圧130/80mmHg。心音と呼吸音とに異常を認めない。子宮に圧痛を認める。
内診所見：子宮口閉鎖、展退度50％、子宮口から膿性分泌液の流出を認める。血液所見：赤血球400万、Hb11.3g/dl、白血球18,000。CRP5.5mg/dl。
超音波検査所見：頭位で羊水腔をほとんど認めない。胎児心拍数陣痛図所見：心拍数基線180bpm、一過性頻脈なし、一過性徐脈なし、基線細変動10bpm。帝王切開術を施行した。出生体重2,400g、Apgarスコア8点(1分)、9点(5分)。この児に最も起こりやすいのはどれか。
