定義

• 梅毒トレポネーマ(Treponema pallidum)による全身性の慢性感染症。

症状

• 第一期梅毒：初期硬結、硬性下疳、無痛性横痃

検査

• ワッセルマン反応：リン脂質であるカルジオリピンに対する抗体を検出。　→　梅毒血清反応 serologic test for syphilis STS
• 梅毒トレポネーマ感作赤血球凝集試験 Treponema pallidum hemagglutination test THPA test：梅毒トレポネーマに対する特異抗体を検出

• 診断のための検査手順

• 1. 脂質抗原試験 STSを提出(非特異的)：RPR定性

感度　：一次感染78-85%, 二次感染100%, 潜伏感染95-98%

特異度：85-99%

• 2. 1.で陽性であれば梅毒トレポネーマ抗原試験(特異的)

感度　：一次感染84%, その他のstageでは100%

特異度：96%
