- これは,妄想性障害(F22.0)の診断基準を満たさないような持続性妄想性障害のための残遺カテゴリーである。妄想が、持続性の幻声あるいは統合失調症(F20.-)の診断基準を満たすほどではない統合失調症の症状をともなっているような場合は、ここに分類すべきである。しかし、状態の持続が3ヶ月に満たない妄想性障害であれば、少なくとも一時的にはF23.-に分類しておくべきである。
