治療

3-4歳まで：介達牽引。股関節90°屈曲、膝関節伸展。
10歳くらいまで：直達牽引。大腿骨遠位部で牽引。股関節90°屈曲、膝関節90°屈曲。
成人：保存療法でも治療可能だが、長時間を要し、膝関節拘縮などの機能障害を生じやすいため、手術療法が好ましい。巨大なプレートを用いたAO法による方法もあるが、プレート抜去後の骨折のリスクが高い。髄内釘固定法が良い適応となる。
