- 大きく酸とアルカリによるものがある。
- 酸は凝固壊死を起こすので、腐食の進行は限定的。
- アルカリは融解壊死を来すため腐食が深層に進展しやすい(組織浸透性が高い)。
- 診察:スリットやフルオレセイン染色で角膜表面を観察する。
- 初期治療:患者から問い合わせの段階で、十分な量の水道水で洗顔するように指示して、受診を指示する。眼瞼を反転させて生理食塩水で洗眼する。タリビット眼軟膏を塗布。
- 処方:ヒアレイン点眼 患側眼に点眼 2時間おき、タリビット軟膏 患側眼内に塗り入れる 2時間おき、ロキソニン60mg1T 頓用。点眼してから眼軟膏を使う。
- 眼科外来紹介:夜間救急の場合は翌日の眼科外来受診を指示
- 予後:角膜の混濁が残存した場合には視力低下を来しうる。
