- 肺胞ガス交換の指標。VAで表される。分時換気量をVE、死腔換気量をVDとすると以下の式が成り立つ。
- VE = VA + VD
- 肺胞二酸化炭素分圧は肺胞換気量を良く反映する。
- PACO2:肺胞二酸化炭素分圧(mmHg)
- VCO2:毎時産生される二酸化炭素量(ml/分)
