帽状域 mantle zone：増殖したリンパ球がリンパ小節の発生母治から出て行こうとしている小リンパ球が密集したもの
胚中心 germinal center：抗原刺激に反応したときに形成される。記憶B細胞や形質細胞が分化する部位

リンパ球は暗調域－(中心芽細胞から中心細胞(sIgを発現)へ)→基底明調域→頂部側明調域と移動する

暗調域 dark zone：被膜から遠い：B細胞が増殖(SIGなし)：中心芽細胞 centroblast
基底側明調域 basal light zone：SIGを発現したB細胞：中心細胞 centrocyte：さらに濾胞樹状細胞より抗原提示を受けて抗体産生するようになる
頂部側明調域 apical light zone：被膜に近い

傍皮質：ヘルパーT細胞が活性化すると傍髄質臥拡大し、髄質の深部まで伸びてくる。　←胸腺依存領域とも呼ばれる
