- 乳児の肛門周囲膿瘍は肛門管の解剖学的特徴に加え、乳児の便性や腸管局所免疫の未熟性により発症しやすいとされており、1歳前後で自然治癒し予後良好である。
概念
- (構造上、糞便がしやすく)肛門陰窩より侵入した細菌が肛門腺に炎症を起こし、さらにこの炎症が肛門腺の隣接組織に波及し、ついには膿瘍をきたした病態。
分類
部位
- 好発部位は皮下、粘膜下、括約筋内、坐骨直腸窩。骨盤直腸窩は少ない
治療
- 内科的治療は無効であり、切開、排膿、瘻管除去が原則。
- 小児の場合は自然軽快する。
