分類
- 小松崎(1975)
- A群：定方向性の眼振で、水平性、回旋性の眼振である。末梢前庭性障害でみられる。
- B群：水平方向の注視方向性眼振は、脳幹や小脳などの中枢性障害で見られる。
- C群：定方向性の純回旋性眼振であり、下部脳幹、特に延髄の障害が疑われる
- D群：垂直眼振であり、下方への眼振は延髄下方の障害、上方への眼振はまれであるが、小脳や脳幹の障害と関係があるとされる。
- E群：振子様眼振、交代性眼振がここに分類される。先天性眼振でみられる。
