誘因：
　手術、臥床、慢性疾患
身体診察
　ペルテステスト陽性。深部静脈血栓により、深部静脈を介した静脈血の還流が妨げられるため。
　下肢の腫脹(浮腫)は著明、色素沈着は高度で、潰瘍形成は時々認められる。
　表在静脈の拡張はあるが、深部静脈の閉塞と逆流が認められる。

↑一次性静脈瘤との身体所見の違いは、静脈血を流すことができるcapacityの差と考えればよいのだろうか？
