甲状腺

• 定義としては「機能性甲状腺結節 = プランマー病」であるが、もっぱら「中毒性単結節性甲状腺腫 = プランマー病」として使われている

定義

• 甲状腺の結節性病変であり、良性腫瘍である。
• TSH非依存的に甲状腺ホルモンを産生・分泌する結節
• 甲状腺機能亢進症を呈する。

病理

• 濾胞腺腫
• 腺腫様甲状腺腫

分類

• 中毒性単結節性甲状腺腫：単発性腺腫　　：単一結節　≒　プランマー病
• 中毒性多結節性甲状腺腫：腺腫様甲状腺腫：多結節

という。

検査

• 甲状ホルモン：高値
• TSH：低値
• 甲状腺シンチグラフィー：腫瘍に一致した放射性ヨードの取り込みを示すいわゆる高摂取結節(hot nodule)の像
