- 例えば、高山に登山して酸素不足→過呼吸→肺胞PCO2↓→赤血球内pH↑→赤血球内2,3-DPG↑→酸素親和性↓→末梢酸素供給量↑
- 同様の機構は、貧血、肺での酸素吸収不足、肺循環量減少時にもおこる
