疫学
- 10歳代が45% (SOR.311) → 患者の骨成長が終わると骨軟骨腫の発育も停止する。
病因
病理
- 骨端軟骨線を模倣する構造のうえに軟骨帽と呼ばれる軟骨が存在する。軟骨層の下部で軟骨内骨化が生じて骨性の腫瘤が成長している。
- 骨性の腫瘤の内腔は正常骨の骨髄腔と連続している。
症状
治療
予後
- 完全切除しなければ再発しうる。
- 骨成長がおわっても骨軟骨腫の増大が見られる場合には軟骨肉腫への悪性化が疑われる。
