定義
血算、血球形態
意義
- 血球の形態、数の異常は白血病など血液疾患における重症な疾患を判定する上で重要である。また、感染症や、悪性腫瘍など全身疾患をスクリーニングする上でも重要である。
方法
血算
- EDTAの入ったスピッツによって採血する。検体はフローサイトメトリーによって大きさ、内容物、核酸量から血球を分類する。
血球形態
- EDTAのスピッツによって採血した血液をもちい塗抹標本を作成する。標本はメイギムザ染色をおこない顕微鏡にて検鏡し、形態を観察する。
注意
- 採血後速やかに転倒混和することで凝固反応を停止しなければならない。凝固がおこると血小板数が減少し、血球も凝集してしまうので正確な血算が出せなくなる。形態学的な分類は、人間の目によって分類されているので、人によって多少の誤差が出てくる可能性があることを理解しておく。自分で確かめるとより患者の状態を把握できるのでよいかもしれない。
