概念
- ノルアドレナリンの前駆体であって、体内でL-aromatic amino acid decarboxylase(AADC)で脱炭酸され、norepinephrineに変換される。
- パーキンソン病患者ではノルアドレナリンが減少し、すくみ足やsudden transient freezing-upを改善すると言われている。
