• 1. プロゲステロンテスト

→消退出血無し：2.へ

→消退出血有り：第1度無月経

• 2. エストロゲン・プロゲステロンテスト

→消退出血無し：子宮性無月経(子宮体が機能不全である)

→消退出血有り：第2度無月経。3.へ

• 3. FSHテスト

→消退出血無し：卵巣性無月経(卵巣でプロゲステロン・エストロゲンを産生できない状態ということ)

→消退出血有り：下垂体性無月経(FSHが欠乏していた、つまり下垂体の機能不全)
