• 機械的イレウス(90%)

• 単純性イレウス/閉塞性イレウス　血行障害なし　金属音あり
• 複雑性イレウス/絞扼性イレウス　血行障害有り　金属音なし(最初はあるだろうけど)

• 機能的イレウス

• 麻痺性イレウス
• けいれん性イレウス

米国

• 機械的腸閉塞：intestinal obstruction
• 機能的腸閉塞：ileus

四徴

• 腹部疝痛、嘔吐、腹部膨満、高度な便秘

治療

• 内科的療法

• 安静・絶食・輸液・イレウス管挿入・抗菌薬(閉塞部位に感染が存在する場合) (QB.A-410)

癌によるイレウス

• S状結腸癌、直腸癌に多い。人工肛門を増設し、全身の状態の改善を待って人工肛門を閉鎖するという二期的に手術を行う。(QB.A-393)

禁忌

• 水分の経口摂取：イレウス増悪
