AIM: Ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC), intraoperative frozen section, elastography and molecular markers have been tried to predict malignancy in indeterminate thyroid lesions. However, only histopathological evidence of capsular and vascular invasion can confirm malignancy.
