- 要 旨：左総腸骨静脈内にみられるspurの頻度および解剖学的，組織学的検討から，その形成機序につき検討した。対象とした解剖実習用の遺体28例中6例(21.4%)にspurを認めた。組織学的には，spurの辺縁に内膜と内弾性板を共通して有していたが，その内部構造にバリエーションが認められた。肉眼的には同様であると思われるspurの形成機序には先天性や圧迫などの複数の要因があると考えられた。
