- 冠状縫合、矢状縫合、ラムダ縫合の早期癒合 + 顔面頭蓋の発育不良(上顎骨の低形成)
疫学
徴候
- 頭蓋形状:塔状頭蓋(頭部頭蓋Xp上、大泉門が膨隆。指圧痕が著明)
- 顔面の容貌:眼球突出、眼窩離開、外斜視、オウムのくちばし様の鼻、耳介定位、下顎前突、開咬。
病因
- 高齢の父とクルーゾン病に関連があるらしい(参考3)

- FGFR2の変異。黒色表皮腫とクルーゾン病を合併した例ではFGFR3の変異が原因。(参考3)
