red cell fragmentation syndrome RCFS

• 赤血球が物理的や機械的に破壊されて、断片化赤血球が見られる病態の総称。原因は以下の3つが代表。

• 心臓弁置換術後の血流異常
• 細小血管障害性溶血性貧血：赤血球がフィブリン網に引っかかって破砕される。溶血性尿毒症症候群、血栓性血小板減少性紫斑病、血管腫、播種性血管内凝固症候群などが代表疾患。
• 行軍ヘモグロビン尿症：長時間の行軍や武術などで激しく打ちつけられると生じることがある。
