今回我々はサンマ摂取によりアニサキスに対する即時型アレルギーを呈した1例を経験したので報告する.症例は76歳男性で,サンマの押し寿司を摂取した3時間半後に痒みを伴う全身の膨疹と顔面浮腫,呼吸困難が出現した.アニサキスに対する特異IgE抗体,アニサキス抽出液を使用したプリックテストに陽性を示し,サンマの身と内臓はプリックテスト陰性であった.この結果から本例をアニサキスによる即時型アレルギーと診断した …
