概念
- 腫瘍の発育には女性ホルモンが関与しており、成人女性に多い。
症状
検査所見
- なお肝生検は大出血の危険があるので本症では禁忌である。
腹部エコ
- 全体として辺縁が線状に増強される marginal strong echo と呼ばれる高エコー像を呈し、内部は溶血塊として明瞭でない。
- 肝海綿状血管腫は内部構造が胞巣状を呈するので、腫瘤内でエコーの反射が増強し、高エコーを示すのが特徴的である。(SRA.472)
- 時に内部が低エコーで周囲がリング状の高エコーを示すものや、高エコーと低エコーが混在した混合型を呈するものもある。(SRA.472)
血管造影
- 綿花状 cotton wool appearance
- 動脈相から毛細血管相にかけて、腫瘍内に造影剤が斑状に貯留 pooling している所見である。
MRI

- T1：低信号
- T2：高信号 ← 液体やから。肝嚢胞もそうや。
合併症
- 血管腫が巨大な場合に腫瘍内に血栓を形成してDICを招いたもの。
治療
- 巨大なものや圧迫症状が出現したものは肝切除の適応となる。
