原因
- 結腸憩室症の合併症として生じうる。右側型に多い。
- 憩室周囲の血管の破綻。 (消化器疾患ビジュアルブック p.131)
症状
- 憩室出血では下血がみられるが、腹痛は伴わないとされる(QB.A-229)
検査
- 造影CT：活動性出血がある場合には腸管内への造影剤漏出が認められる ← ダイナミック造影CTをとるといいらしいよ。
