- ファロー四徴症でみられる。生後6ヶ月~2歳までに起こる発作で、チアノーゼが増強し、意識を消失する。チアノーゼ発作(hypercyanotic attacks/spell)や低酸素発作 hypoxic spellとも呼ばれる。持続時間は15-60分程度。肺動脈狭窄が右室流出路の心筋の収縮で増強し、一過性に肺血流量が減少し発作となる(NSU.394)
